BRE 365-compliant infiltration testing
Infiltration testing to BRE 365, typically used to inform surface water drainage design where soakaways, permeable paving or other SuDS features are proposed. Test pit depths are agreed against your proposed drainage layout and local BGS/borehole records.
Percolation testing
Percolation testing carried out in line with current building regulations guidance, generally required where a foul drainage field is proposed rather than a mains connection.
Groundwater monitoring
Groundwater level monitoring, normally carried out across the winter months when levels are at their peak. Bookings for the upcoming season are best made early, as slots fill up.
